pumpkin ripple cake + pumpkin scones
This is the quintessential autumn cake. A lovely golden colour from the pumpkin, with the warmth of spices and just a hint of rum. I use just cinnamon, but I’m sure it would taste equally good if you replace it with mixed spice or pumpkin spice.
