Some years ago, when I used to have a cafe, a variation of these savoury muffins was a regular item. I’m not a huge fan of sweet muffins. I appreciate that they are quick to whip up, but to me, they always seem a bit lacking. On the other hand, savoury muffins seem to hit the spot and strike me as a slightly more healthy snack than a sweet muffin.
